Valerie Carroll
Manager of Office Operations
Valerie Carroll has been maximizing new business revenue and profitability for high-growth companies for over a decade by employing advanced consultative and solution selling techniques to win new opportunities in competitive markets. In her role with the Center For Healthcare Solutions as Manager of Operations, Ms. Carroll provides executive level administrative and operational support to the President of Healthcare Council, three Boards of Directors and various committees, and oversees the operations of the CFHCS office.
Previously, Ms. Carroll had experience working as an office manager for Shadyside Dentistry, Membership Director for Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association, Senior Outside Sales Representative for Knepper Press, and Outside Sales Representative for Hoechstetter Printing, where she earned the 2008 Salesperson of the Year Award for growing annual revenue by 30% and produced $4.5M in 2009 (450% of the total goal).
Ms. Carroll received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also received a public speaking certification from Dale Carnegie Training.
