Lex Czaplicki
Chief Technical Officer
Lex Czaplicki has a 30+ year career in healthcare, which started in 1992 at UPMC.
Lex started in Finance and Accounting before earning a master’s degree in Information Science in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh. Lex has held various roles in IT including reporting analyst, project manager, database administrator and various leadership positions.
In his latest position before joining C4HS, Lex was the Senior member of the IT team at PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy. Holding the position of Sr. Director, Information Technology, Lex led Software Development, Data and IT for a company that was a two-time Inc 500 fastest growing companies in the US, with a $2B dollar book of business.
Lex helped grow the IT to a team to 50+ where Lex helped engineer various data initiatives, delivering over 1000 report a week via visualization software, APIs, and homegrown reporting tools.
Lex and the team at The Center for Health Care Solutions create innovative data solutions to help stakeholders better serve the Western Pennsylvania community and beyond.
