Benchmark Salary Survey
The survey provides regionalized salary data on more than 50 positions reported in health care facilities across the continuum of care. The survey includes specific salary data for the positions and the data is offered for the overall region as well as in three sub-regions. In addition, each participating facility receives its own benchmark information through a compa-ratio report. The Benchmark Salary Survey is conducted twice a year and is released to participating members in January and in July of each year.
Provided behind the tab for each region is summary data on actual pay practices, summary data on salary structures and individual position data tables. Where fewer than five hospitals in a region submitted data for a particular job, no data is reported. Customized reports including specific hospitals and positions are available to participants upon request.
